New Keyboard?

Mom,

Thanks so much... I'm sorry, I didn't get to that sooner.  I tried to fix it myself but it just didn't work out.  I don't know why.

So, I hope the countertops are going to look good.  Have you enjoyed eating out so far?

Me and the guys went to El Centro today and bought some food at the outdoor food market.  We got quite a good bit of stuff (fruits and vegetables) and paid less than 5.  Of course, we had to pay almost that much for transportation there and back, but it's still a pretty good deal for what we got.

Last night Daniel got in touch with a friend from his college that is working at a different school down here and us three guys went out with Erin (his friend), her two roomates, and Anna.  After we had supper, we came back to the appartment and sat around and talked for a while.  The three girls were here last year and had some cool stories.  It was really a lot of fun.  Erin reminded me a lot of Amber Flora-Holmquist from Camp last summer.

I really hope I start learning much more Spanish!  I feel so deprived of knowledge.

So how's my computer doing?  Is it still alive, or has it finally fallen to peices?

The church is actually going to buy a keyboard for the school, which is very nice, but I don't know when it will be bought or what kind it will be.  The way they were talking though, I might be able to spend that $3,400 on something else... who knows?  God is good, and I trust that He's taking care of things.

I hope it all works out.  First day of school is Monday, but it's more like a short open house.  The first real full day is Thursday.  I can't wait to finally be with the students.

I Love you a lot Mom; tell the rest of the family I Love them as well,

Jason Scott Vawter
